Company Policy

Terms and conditions


Vehicle Type


It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they order the right type of vehicle in order to accommodate the numbers of passengers and luggages. Any changes to the number of passengers or luggages must be made to Ultimate Limousine Inc. with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the time of the schedule pick up. If on contact with the driver or our representative and the vehicle is deemed unsuitable no refund will be issued. However an alternative vehicle can be arranged at the price of the alternative vehicle to your destination. Ultimate Limousine Inc. will not be responsible for:


(a)any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;


(b) loss of connecting travel arrangements;


(c) loss of business opportunity;


(d) loss of anticipated savings;


(e) loss of goodwill; or


(f) any indirect or consequential loss, in the event such an instance arises.


Prices


Prices quoted and paid for are for passengers being ready to travel at the booked time. Although we use Google maps to determine a route, the route shown is not necessarily the route that will be taken.


Phone Bookings


All phone bookings are taken with great care and detailed attention to ensure accuracy is maintained. Some of the bookings may be recorded for training and verification purposes. Once bookings have been confirmed the passenger will receive a confirmation of the booking. Any discrepancies must be notified with a minimum of 24 hours before travel or costs may be incurred. We will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by third party.


Booking Confirmations


We will send a confirmation via e-mail to our passengers, this will include phone bookings as well as website bookings.


Payments


Prepay by Credit/Debit Card or via a Paypal account.


Any online credit/debit card bookings may be subject to verification and passengers may be asked to provide ID with the credit/ debit card when contact is made.


Waiting Time Charges


All pickups from the airports are allowed 1 hour grace period from the landing time.After the 1 hour grace period a no show will be recorded and there will not be any refund.(THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO FLIGHT DELAYS) Our driver or representative will call you 10 to 15 minutes after the plane has landed to pick you up at the appropriate designated limousine pick up area of your terminal.


Pickups from home, hotel, offices and other venues are allowed 15minutes from the actual booked time, thereafter $1.00 per minute (minimum $15.00) will be added to the fare quoted.


Additional Passengers and Luggage


Additional passengers and luggages may be added with the permission of Ultimate Limousine Inc. and/or its driver or representatives . At no time can the vehicle exceed the maximum number of passengers allowed by law.


Additional Drop offs and Pick ups


Additional drop offs and pickups can only be made with Ultimate Limousine Inc. and must be confirmed by the company and not with the driver or representative.


Booking Cancellations


A booking can be cancelled in advance by giving a minimum of 24 hours notice and there will be a full refund. If a booking is cancelled in less than the 24 hours period a 50% charge of the original price will be charged as your booking will already have been allocated to a driver.


Missed Flights


If in the event that the passenger misses a flight Ultimate Limousine Inc. must be notified immediately so that an alternative booking can be made. In the event an alternative is found no further charges will be incurred and your pick up time will be altered. However if the passenger chooses to cancel no refund will be given on the original price.


No Show


A ‘No show’ is defined as follows: If passenger books transfer with us and failed to meet the driver at pick up time and location this will include but not limited to airports, home, hotels, other private or public addresses.


This will include:


(a)wrong date wrong time bookings;


(b)If a passenger books a meet and greet at the airport and fails to make contact with the driver or company representative. This means that the driver will wait in the arrival hall up to 1 hour from flight landing time and if the passenger fails to meet within this time limit or make contact to inform their status at the airport will be considered as a no show.


All bookings pre-paid by a credit or debit card will not be refunded in the event of a no show.


Routes


The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the traffic, time, road closures, and diversions.


Liabilities


The company accept no liability for the following, any act or event beyond the Provider’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.


Sub-contracting


Ultimate Limousine Inc. reserves the right to any time assign, transfer, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights under the Contract and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its obligations under the Contract to any third party or agent.


Special Fares


Our Prices will be slightly higher on the following dates; 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January. This is due to limited drivers available for work during seasonal periods.


Safety


It is the law in the United States for all passengers to use seat belt while a vehicle is in motion. It is the responsibility of the passengers to use the seat belt. Ultimate Limousine Inc. will not be liable for any fines, losses, damages or injuries sustained for not using a seat belt.


Please note that we provide child seats and booster seats as optional services. Whilst we make every effort to ensure child seats and booster seats are available, we cannot guarantee the suitability for your child or children. The use of child seats or booster seats is entirely at the passenger’s discretion, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for their usage.
